This is a closer look at the property (in purple), viewed via satellite.    The land location is 51^o54'53.88N and 106^o49'04.26W.    This photo appears to have been taken in summer of 2002.   As you can see, the north end of the lake contains lily pads and reeds, nesting sites for waterfowl.    There are three large beaver lodges in this photo  (above the "t" and below the "s" in "Properties" and near the houses at lower right).  The community surrounding the property is Pike Lake Village.    The north boundary of the provincial park is marked by the southmost road in the photo, about 500m south of the property.
